At P-nut Dryfruits, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priority. Since dry fruits, spices, and food items are consumable in nature, we follow a strict quality-check and hygienic packaging process before dispatch. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened, used, or tampered with. However, if you receive a product that has a genuine quality issue, is damaged in transit, or is incorrect, we will assist you with a replacement or refund as per the conditions mentioned below.
If there is any issue with the quality of the product, customers must raise a complaint within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests raised after 7 days may not be accepted. To process your complaint, we may request clear photos/videos of the product, outer packaging, batch label, and an unboxing video (if available) for verification. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item or offer a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the complaint. Replacement is applicable only for eligible cases such as damaged packaging, missing items, wrong product delivered, or verified quality-related concerns.
Refunds are processed only after successful verification and approval. If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase, or in some cases, may be provided as store credit based on customer preference. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider, and it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval. Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from our side.
We request customers to ensure that the delivery package is checked at the time of receiving. If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately. For faster resolution, customers can contact our support team with order details through email or WhatsApp. P-nut Dryfruits reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund/replacement requests based on verification and policy eligibility.
