Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after processing has started. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation (for COD orders, if applicable). Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners. Customers are responsible for providing correct address details and contact information; any re-delivery or return-to-origin charges due to incorrect details will be borne by the customer.

Since our products are consumable and perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or used. In case you receive a damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and clear images of the package, label, and product. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method or as store credit. Our products may contain nuts and may be processed in facilities that handle other allergens; customers with allergies should review ingredients carefully before consuming.

All content on our website or social media pages including product names, images, logos, graphics, and text is the property of the brand and must not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of our policies. By using our services, you also agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable in India and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts of our registered business location.
